Tina & Joe es un dúo internacional formado por Tina Masawi (Zimbaue) y José Azul (España). Afincados en Barcelona, España.Ambos músicos cuentan con una amplia experiencia musical en su trayectoria individual y ahora colaboran para ofrecer al público la música que aman.

Tina & Joe ha realizado mas de 400 conciertos desde su creación en 2016. Tocando regularmente en las mejores salas de Barcelona como Jamboree Jazz Club, Harlem Jazz Club, Milano Cocktail Bar, entre otros. Y participado en mas de 20 festivales como Festival de Jazz de Vitoria, Tolosand Blues Festival, Benicassim Blues Festival o Cerdanyola International Blues Festival entre otros.

Tina Masawi fue galardonada como mejor actriz de musicales en África el año 2013 y finalista en los Zim Awards como "Notable musician" en 2018. También es la voz de los spots de Freixenet, "Pro secco" y "You make it a celebration".

José Azul es un músico de sesión profesional, que ha trabajado con artistas de la talla de Manu Guix, Edurne, Julio Iglesias Jr., Chipper Cooke, Marcel Pozo, Gisela, Diego Moraes y muchos otros. También ha formado parte de las superproducciones musicales Grease y Hair como guitarrista, y trabajado para la empresa Costa Cruceros como solista.

El show de Tina & Joe es un concierto acústico de alta calidad y elegancia, en el que el dúo interpreta un repertorio seleccionando cuidadosamente para cada ocasión. Dicha selección se efectúa escogiendo de entre los alrededor 100 temas, entre versiones y temas originales que el dúo puede interpretar.Los estilos musicales que componen su show varían entre clásicos de estilos retro y modernos como el blues, soul, el jazz, el pop, o el rock. Sin olvidar temas actuales adaptados al sonido y estilo de la formación.

Tina & Joe is an international music duo formed by Tina Masawi (Zimbabwe) and Jose Azul (Spain), and based in Barcelona.Both musicians have years of professional experience in their individual careers and have now collaborated to offer the public the music that they love.

Tina & Joe have performed in over 400 concerts since the beginning of their collaboration in 2016, regularly playing in the best live music spaces in Barcelona such as the Jamboree Jazz Club, the Harlem Jazz Club and The Milano Cocktail Bar, among others, and participating and headlining in more than 20 festivals all over Spain such as the Jazz Festival of Vittoria, Tolosand Blues Festival, Benicassim Blues Festival, the Cerdanyola International Blues Festival and many others.

Tina, who holds and award for the best musical theatre actress in her home country and nominee in the “Notable Musician” category for the Zimbabwe Women Awards, is also the voice of both the Freixenet “Pop the pro” and “You Make It A Celebration” ad campaigns.Jose Azul is a professional session musician who has worked with the likes of Manu Guix, Edurne, Julio Iglesias Jr, Chipper Cooke, Marcel Pozo, Gisela, Diego Moraes and many others. He has also been a part of the musical theatre super- productions Grease and Hair asa guitarist, and has worked as a soloist aboard Costa Cruiselines.The show that Tina & Joe present is an acoustic concert of the highest quality and elegance, in which the duo interprets a carefully selected from a repertoire of just over 100 songs, including covers and originals, fit for every occasion.The wide variety of musical genres that the show is composed of include retro and modern classics such as blues, soul, jazz, pop and rock as well as original songs, all adapted to the sound and style of the duo.
