• Automatically update ‘areas of interest’ fields in InterAction or add contacts to lists based on links they click.

• Our dynamic content feature allows you to send a single email to a large list, and for each individual contact on that list to receive only the content they have expressed an interest in.

In control of targeting

When you demonstrate respect for a contact, it shows them that they matter to your firm. This can be achieved by understanding the contact and what they’re interested plus ensuring preferences and special requirements are remembered.

• In order to maximise open rates an email can be sent from multiple ‘senders’ so that each recipient receives an email from someone they have a relationship with.

• Use InterAction lists as exclusion lists to make sure you don’t send unwanted content to anyone.

Responsibility for the creation of email marketing campaigns varies. Some prefer to keep it within marketing while others allow certain individuals or departments to use the technology to do their own localised mailshots. We put you in control, however you want to work.

• Allow your lawyers to send a personal Outlook email with a personalised link to an event RSVP form – the form works as if it was sent as part of a Tikit eMarketing campaign and records the response directly to your CRM.

• Template an event with emails (invites, reminders and confirmations) and forms (acceptance, preferences and options) and then simply clone and reuse for the next event you run.

• Track event acceptances in your CRM as well as any additional information the event requires.

• Paid-for events are supported through PayPal or PayFlow and you can take offline payment by cheque or invoice.

Events are one of the key relationship building activities undertaken by law firms. They give your lawyers the chance to meet their contacts and allow your firm to demonstrate credibility. • Anti-spam infringements are avoided by deploying easy to apply opt-in and opt-out options.

• Consent information exchanged seamlessly with InterAction, works with InterAction’s own compliance features.

• The system can be configured to prevent the sending of emails to those contacts not positively opted-in.

In control of regulatory compliance

For a law firm trust is all important. Clients must be assured of a law firm’s probity. Careless email marketing controls can easily fall foul of regulations such as GDPR, CCPA and CASL and as the contact is receiving the emails directly, any lack of adherence to the regulations is obvious. Even where there is no applicable regulation, continually sending emails to those who have asked to opt-out does nothing for the firm’s reputation.

• For GDPR, CCPA and CASL compliance, contacts can issue an individual rights request via an online form and progress can be tracked. Marketing email sends are automatically suppressed when a rights request has been issued.

• One-click deletion of contact information within Tikit eMarketing in response to ‘right to erasure’ request.

• One-click production of data held in response to ‘right of access’ request.
