28 of your closest friends and family so they can be right beside you throughout
your wedding weekend.

Guest Maximum
Event insurance is required for all events.
A day-of coordinator is required. VCL can provide you with a coordinator for an additional fee.
The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property is 275. Additional fees apply for guest counts over 200.
One security guard is mandatory per every 150 guests and will be staffed through The Vineyards at Chappel Lodge.
You may select a licensed and insured caterer of your choice with approval.
You are welcome to provide your own alcohol.
One TABC certified bartender for every 75 guests must be present to serve alcohol.
