THANKSGIVINGDINNER NOURISHESYOUR BRAIN
The staple foods of atraditional Thanksgiving dinnerwill not only feed your holidayappetite, but their nutrients canalso nourish your brain. Themeal’s centerpiece, turkeycontains an amino acid used toproduce dopamine, a chemicalthat improves mental alertnessand memory. The bread crustsoften used in stuffing are rich inantioxidants, and the side dishcranberries are also packed withthem. Research suggests thatantioxidants stave off brainaging and enhance cognitivefunction.

AN UNFORGETTABLEDAY AT THE FOX
Our experience at the FoxTheater to watch the revival ofthe award-winning production“The King and I” was top-notch.The show gave everyone anopportunity to step into a timecapsule of elegance, romance, and magic for 2 hours and 55minutes. Every moment of theshow was entertaining from theflawless singing and acting, tothe timeless beauty. At the endof the show, the audience burstinto applause to thank the castand the excellent ensemble.
