EXCEL® Creamy Butter Pour 1 gal hot water (170̊-190̊ F) into a 6-inch deep half-steamtable pan. Quickly add product. Stir 15 sec., sit 5 min. Serve.

Nature’s Own Pour 1 gal hot water (170̊-190̊ F) into a 6-inch deep half-steamtable pan. Quickly add product. Stir 15 sec., sit 7 min. Serve.

Country Style Pour 1 gal boiling water into 6-inch deep half-steamtable pan. Quickly add product. Stir 15 sec, sit 25-30 min. Serve.
