EXCEL® Creamy Butter Pour 1 gal hot water (170̊-190̊ F) into a 6-inch deep half-steamtable pan. Add all potatoes, stir for 15 sec. Let stand for 5 min. Stir and serve.

Nature’s Own Pour 1 gal hot water (170̊-190̊ F) into a 6-inch deep half-steamtable pan. Add all potatoes, stir for 15 sec. Let stand for 7 min. Stir and serve.

Country Style Pour 1 gal boiling water (212̊ F) into 6-inch deep half-steamtable pan. Quickly add potatoes, stir for 15 sec. Let stand 25-30 min. Stir and serve.
