"Carbonara" Gourmet Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

• Lutosa Gourmet Mashed Potatoes

• Fried or poached egg

• Diced bacon

• Onions

• Pepper, salt

Preparation

Put the Gourmet Mashed Potatoes in the

microwave with a splash of water or milk and

heat for 10-14 minutes. Mix halfway through

cooking time.

Cook the diced bacon until crisp and add

the onions.

Poach or fry the egg.

Add the mixture of bacon and onions on the

Gourmet Mashed Potatoes and place the egg

delicately on top. Serve immediately.

So creamy !

No need to add cream...
