DEAR CHI SISTERS,
What a wonderful time we had at our
meeting in March at the Golden B Restaurant! It was exciting to
see so many of our members there. The information and materials on preparing
medication lists for emergency situations were very helpful
The Spring Banquet will be held on April
17, at 6:30 at the Women’s Club of High
Point on Johnson Street. The cost for the banquet is $17.00 and is due to
Nancy Tucker, 4230 Waterview Rd., High Point, NC 27265 by March 28.
It will be an extra special time for us. Our two new members, Penny Penninger
and Laura Summers, will be initiated. Geneva Craig and Lena Hedrick will be
honored for being members of Chi Chapter for 50 years. Also, Pat Anderson
will be remembered for her contributions to Chi, Delta Kappa Gamma and
education. Our new slate of officers will be installed at this meeting.
I hope all of you will be able attend and
share these special events together.
The Eta State Convention will be held in Cary, April 27-29. We look forward to
sharing this week-end.
The international Convention is being held in New York, July 23-30.
Several of us have already signed up to go on the train for this trip. We welcome
