Welcome to the inaugural season of Broadway at the Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts! We are excited to invite you inside the doors of the Tanger Center to experience the Triad’s new state-of-the-art performing arts center with national theatrical productions direct-from-New York. All six Broadway shows in the 2020-21 Season are Triad premieres, which are sure to make memories of live theatre through laughter, tears and magic for years to come.

PARKING: Event parking is available on site at the Tanger Center, in downtown parking decks and on downtown city streets. Broadway Season Seat Members have complimentary parking in three city-owned parking decks (Bellemeade, Church Street and Davie Street), and the VIP surface lot is available for President’s Club members and advance VIP parking purchasers during your allotted subscriber night. Please review the Parking page in this booklet for parking details, or visit TangerCenter.com/parking.

FOOD & BEVERAGE: Food and beverage stations are available inside Tanger Center with selections of water, soda, wine, beer, cocktails, and light snacks. Tanger Center also offers pre-event dining for many performances. Visit TangerCenter.com/enhance for more details. We kindly remind patrons that outside food and drinks are prohibited.

LEE® & WRANGLER® LOUNGE: President’s Club members will have access during Broadway season shows to this private lounge. For single events, you may add on this “Lounge Access” to your cart when purchasing on Ticketmaster.com. Lee® & Wrangler® Lounge boasts a private bar with cable TV and access to an outdoor patio space with stunning views of LeBauer Park to visit before your performance.

RESTROOMS: There are men’s, women’s, gender-neutral, and family restrooms located in the first, second, and third floor lobbies of Tanger Center.

IMPORTANT TICKETING NOTICE: TangerCenter.com and Ticketmaster are the only official sources for tickets to shows at the Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts. Tanger Center is not responsible for tickets purchased from third party sellers. Tickets sold via unofficial sources may be invalid or not accepted at Tanger Center shows. The Tanger Center is unable to assist buyers of third party tickets and patrons must return to their point of purchase for assistance.

Tickets sold via TangerCenter.com and Ticketmaster.com are the only guaranteed and verified authentic tickets for Tanger Center events. Please check the URL in yourbrowser to ensure that you are only purchasing from TangerCenter.com or Ticketmaster.com

WILL I BE ABLE TO MANAGE MY TICKETS ONLINE? Yes, you will be able to manage your season seats through Account Manager. We strongly encourage you to pick ONE method of managing your tickets, either in print OR online. Once you forward digital tickets to a friend, printed tickets are no longer valid for you.

WHEN CAN I ADD ON TO MY SEASON SEATS? Add-ons for season shows are currently available via Account Manager at TangerCenter.com. Note that added seats are subject to convenience fees and that availability may be limited for many Broadway season performances.

I EXCHANGED MY TICKETS FOR A SHOW BUT MY BOOKLET HAS MY OLD TICKETS. WHAT DO I DO? Tickets exchanged after March 10, 2020 have not been included at the time of printing. Any tickets exchanged after March 10 will be sent to you separately at a later date. Please note that if you exchanged tickets for a performance, your original tickets will no longer be valid.

WILL I BE ABLE TO KEEP MY SAME SEATS OR REQUEST TO CHANGE MY SEAT LOCATION FOR NEXT SEASON? Yes, we will announce our 2021-22 season in the early months of 2021. At this time, more information about renewing your current season seats, as well as the upgrade and exchange process will be provided.

WILL YOU HAVE ACCESSIBILITY OPTIONS AT TANGER CENTER?Yes, Tanger Center will be a fully accessible performance venue with options for parking, seating, restrooms, and we will have provisions for American Sign Language and assistive listening devices. Authorized service animals are also welcome. Please contact us to make arrangements for Sign Language needs at least 1 month prior to your scheduled performance. At select performances, Tanger Center will also offer GalaPro Technology that will deliver automated multilingual subtitles, closed captioning, and more to the user’s own mobile device.

Remember:Your “Beautiful” tickets have the May dates. The show has been rescheduled to Nov. 3-8, 2020. Please hang on to your original tickets which will be honored at the new date.
