All projects execution is managed by the experienced and

certified project managers by means of managing the

in the field of health and safety. This system is closely linked to the Integrated management system

(IMS) of ProCS and represents a special superstructure over it. SCC system of ProCS has been

certified by TUV SUD Slovakia and the system itself has been based upon german document called

Normatives SCC-Regelwerk I Version 2011.

Purpose of the project:

Increase of ammonia production capacity from 1000 t/day

to 1300 t/day. Replacement of old pneumatic control system

by Modern systems DCS Yokogawa Centum CS and ProSAFE-RS.

Scope of supply:

for each machine. The aim of the reconstruction was to modify the way of packaging caused by a

change of legislation.
