WINEMAKING The grapes are selected in the vineyards and transported in 20kg boxes. The must is fermented during 3 at 4 weeks under controlled temperature. ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Clear and bright, citrine colour, elegant, mineral, with citrus notes, floral and fruity. The flavour is fruity, mineral and fresh, full–bodied and persistent, long finish and sweet tooth. CHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS Alcohol – Total Acidity (g/l ) Sugars (g/l) - PRESENTATION Presented in Reno Alto bottle, cinnamon colour, with PVC capsule, label and back label, where you find all the information about the wine. Natural cork stopper, extra quality, size 45 x 24mm, marked “ALVARINHO”. Portal do Fidalgo , it presents a very characteristic profile showing the elegance and complexity of this winevariety in its terroir of origin, with a freshness and mineralogy that prove its originality. Balanced and persistent, it quickly becomes the best companion for long conversations. GASTRONOMY It should be drunk between 10 – 12ºC, and can be drunk young. It has great aging potential in bottle. Harmonized well with fish, shellfish and some meet dishes (roast kid).
