3. SkiandSnowboardlessonswillcontinueregardlessofinclementweatherconditions.However,duringperiodsofexceptionallyhighwindsorverydensefogtheskislopemaybeclosed,inwhichcasecustomerswillbecreditedinfull.

4. Themanagementreservestherighttoexpelanyonefromtheskiandsnowboardslopewithoutgivingareason.

5. Lessonsstartpromptlyatthebookedtime.Pleasearrive15–20minutesearlyinordertocorrectlyfitboots,skisboardsetc.Alllessonsmustfinishontimetoaccommodatefollowingsessions;therefore,anylatearrivalswillhaveareducedsessiontime.TallingtonLakesreservestherighttonotrefundanysessionscurtailedbylatearrival.

6. TallingtonSkiandSnowboardCentreacceptsnoresponsibilityforpersonalinjury,lossordamagetopersonalpropertywhichmayoccurwhilstontheSkiCentrepremises.

7. Themanagementreservestherighttorefuseadmissiontotheslopetoanypersonsdeemedunfittotakepart.
