Carriage/delivery details: Tabmaster owns Mitrecraft. Please call us for further details to check to see if the van delivery service covers your local area. The area generally runs as high up as York and as south as Peterborough. As westerly as Manchester and as easterly as the coast. For all orders there are no minimum order values. For the Van service there is a delivery charge of £6.00 for orders with a value of less than £10. For between £10 and £125.00 there is a £3 charge. Orders over £125.00 delivery is free. Normal carriage charges for Tabmaster are £5.00 when items ordered at our listed prices. Discounted items are approximately £7.00-£12.00, however this is based on weight and you should check the delivery charge at point of order. All orders over £125.00 at listed prices delivery is FOC. For ROI, Highlands and the rest of the world, please ask us to quote at point of ordering.

Returns Policy

Goods will only be accepted for return under the following conditions:-

Where we have sent the incorrect goods against your order, and they are still in their original condition

Where goods are received damaged and reported within 3 days of receipt

Standard items which have been ordered by yourselves wrongly-but these will be subject to a 20% handling fee

Goods must be returned within 14 days, they must be in re-saleable condition and in their original package.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

All goods are supplied by Tabmaster (―Tabmaster ―the Seller‖) to you (the ―Buyer‖) on the following terms and no person in the employment of Tabmaster or acting or purporting to act as its agent has any authority to supply goods or to accept orders for goods on any other terms or to vary them in any way whatsoever: Acceptance of the goods by the buyer shall be conclusive proof before any court that these terms apply to that contract for the sale of goods. Guarantee Goods are not tested or sold as fit for any particular purpose and any item warranty or condition express implied or statutory to the contrary is excluded. In no circumstances whatsoever shall the sellers liability (in contract tort or otherwise) to the Buyer arising under out or in connection with this contract or the goods supplied hereunder exceed the invoice price of particular pieces concerned; and the sell shall under no liability for loss or damage or delay howsoever arising caused by circumstances outside his control. This provision shall not apply to consumer transactions to the extent to which it would by virtue of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, be void. Credit Terms and Overdue Account

Tabmaster credit terms are 30 days nett. Tabmaster reserves the right to charge interest on all overdue accounts. Tabmaster reserves the right to charge 15% interest and administration charges on invoices passed to outside bodies for collection. Tabmaster reserves the right to charge £20 for each dishonoured cheque Deliveries No responsibility can be accepted by Tabmaster in respect of non-delivery of goods until the buyer notifies Tabmaster within 7 days. If consign-ments are delivered damaged or with part contents missing, they must be signed for accordingly and notification sent in writing to Tabmaster within 3 days of delivery. Except as stated in these conditions, no claim of any kind whatsoever will be accepted unless the claim is received by Tabmaster in writing within 14 days from the date of the invoice. Any goods returned must be in the condition and state delivered. Prices Tabmaster reserves the right to change prices without notice. Data Protection Act Using information about you:

1. We will store and process information obtained by us or given by you in dealing with us. This will be used by us for credit or financial assessment and analysis, recovering monies and preparing statistics. We may also use such information to prevent fraud or bad debts.

2. We my give information about you and how you manage your account to the following: Credit reference agencies or other organisations who may use and give out information for credit assessments and to prevent fraud; People who provide a service to us (including insurers) or are acting as our agents on the understanding that they will keep the information confidential; Anyone to whom we transfer or may transfer our rights and duties under this agreement; We may also give out information about you if we have a duty to do so or the law allows us to do so 3. We may make searches about you at our credit reference agencies who keep a record which may be seen by other parties to make

credit decisions. Otherwise we will keep information about you confidential. Title (Retention of Value or Monetary Figure) The property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the buyer has paid to the seller the whole price thereof. If, notwithstanding that the property in the goods has not passed to the Buyer, the Buyer shall sell the goods in such a manner as to pass to a third party a valid title to the goods, the Buyer shall hold the proceeds of such sale on trust for the Seller. The Buyer agrees that prior to the payment of the whole price of the goods the Seller may at any time enter upon the Buyer’s premises and remove the goods therefrom and prior to such payment the Buyer shall keep the goods separate and identifiable for this purpose. Nothing herein shall constitute the Buyer, the Agent or the seller the purpose of any such sub-sale. Notwithstanding that property in the goods shall not pass to the Buyer save as provided above the goods shall be at the risk of the Buyer from the time of collection by or delivery to him of the goods.
