Flight Itinerary – Day 1
• Tuesday 7th April
• Flight BA 540 – Departs HEATHROW 0830hrs, arrives Bologna 1135 hrs
• Travellers will be ALL U9,U13,U14,U15 players and parents plus STAFF
• Flight BA 542 – Departs HEATHROW 1455hrs, arrives Bologna 1800hrs
• All remaining players and parents plus staff will travel on this flight
The Itinerary – Day 1
• Tuesday 7th April • U9,U13,U14 and U15 players and parents arrive 1pm• Lunch , room allocation and walk around• Training in afternoon• U10,U11 and U12 players and parents arrive 7.30pm• Evening meal 8pm • Indoor session for U10,U11 and U12 squads• Monitor other squads – activities or relax• Bed!
The Itinerary – Day 2
• Wednesday 8th April • Breakfast• Meeting in Conference Room • Training – Technical & Tactical• Lunch – 12.30pm• Training – light session technical• Cesena Stadium tour• Game 1 @ Cesena – 4pm kick off• Evening meal - 9pm – Wine at table for parents• Bed 10pm – EVERYONE!!

• Thursday 9th April • Breakfast – 8.30am• Team meeting – 9.15am• Train – 10am – 11.45pm• Lunch – 12.30pm• Sports quiz in Conference Room – Team Challenge• Games v Perugia @ Sportilia – start 4pm• Evening meal 7pm• Free time for boys• Bed 10pm

• Friday 10th April • Breakfast 8.30am• Team meeting – 9.15am Conference Room • Train – 10am – 11.30, very light session• Lunch – 12.30pm• Depart for Forli for Forli Cup• Games Start at 2pm • Evening meal at Sportilia 8pm• End of Tour presentations

HEATHROW 1355 hrs• All U9 & U14 players and parents , plus STAFF• BA545 – Departs Bologna 1850, arrives Heathrow

Rooming Allocation
• Players travelling with parents have the option of sharing with parents.
• Parents accommodated in single rooms where applicable• Boys to room in 3’s or 4’s • Staff will be placed in rooms in each corridor• Parents rooms away from players• All room requests to Robbie O’Keefe via email only –

Clothing and Sundries to take
• Laundry facility for training kit, 2 sets max ( label everything!)• Additional official training kit available via Ian Morris – email
kit requests to [email protected]• No restriction on leisure wear out of training• Tracksuit to games• Electronics allowed• Named water bottle• Banana Boat sunscreen if possible ( named)• 70 / 80 euros for Sportilia• Euros and £ sterling for travel, both ways!!
EHIC/ Passports and money
• Players travelling on own to hand in EHIC and Passports to staff at Final Meeting or before- receipts given
• Money, in clearly marked envelopes or wallets to be handed to staff at Final Meeting or before – receipts given
• Parents travelling with children can look after everything• What is EHIC?• Expiry date of passports!!!
