EXPENDITURE

Below is a list of what the choir expends her income on.

Purchase of birthday cards for members and patrons.

Visitation to ill members

Help inform of loan or grants to members who have critical financial problems.

Refreshment for members, especially after a long thanksgiving mass. Repair and purchase of musical instruments like the bass drum, tambourine and others.

Transportation subsidy given to members that cannot return home after mass or choir-practice.

The list above are the most recurring.DISCIPLINE

The choir has a disciplinary committee of three individuals. Through the period the choir members were generally discipline for the year 2013 - 2014.

CHALLENGES FACED FOR THE PERIODPOOR ATTENDANCE

The attendance was generally low to choir activities.FINANCE

The choirs expenditure was more than her income. Most funding came from the contribution of members. It is so bad that some avoid coming because they might have to spend. The repairs of the drums we use for the thanksgiving came from the contribution of the choir members as well.ECONOMIC SITUATION

Majority of our members do not have good jobs and most are under employed. It came to my notice that the greatest challenge members are facing and which also prevents them from being active is the current economic situation in the country. This is really inhibiting to a great degree the dedication of members. Many have even relocated due to this same issue.

CLOSINGWe thank God for a year well spent. We also appreciate the pastor and the musical commission for their support and guidance through the period.Secretary
