FESTIVAL SCHEDULEFriday, 6:00pm – 10:00pm • Sonoma Barracks Opening Night Gala – The pairing of fine wine and food is celebrated through the pairing of over 50 wineries pouring their best varietals, food tastings by Sonoma Valley restaurants, specialty shops, and caterers all to enjoy at this informal dine-around. Wine enthusiasts will have hundreds of fine wines to try and a dizzying variety of farm to table fresh foods to sample.

The Opening Night Gala accommodates approximately 600 guests and is one of the most anticipated events during the Festival.

Saturday, 11:00am – 4:00pm Festival Day One – Attracting over 4,000 people throughout the weekend, the Valley of the Moon Vintage Festival makes the plaza a party! Thousands of food and wine lovers will be in the Sonoma Plaza appreciating the fine wines and food, shopping through the 80+ artists mini studios, listening to the music and relaxing and enjoying everything Sonoma has to offer.

Don’t forget about entering your key staff members in the Grape Stomp competition and compete against other wineries for the infamous claim to fame, or just stick around and watch the “Blessing of the Grapes” and the annual “Get Your Glow On” Saturday night parade!

Sunday, 8:00am – 3:00pm Festival Day Two – The day starts off with the 5K, 12K and Tiny Tot races presented in partnership with Destination Races. Day two of the Valley of the Moon Vintage Festival allows you to capture the mindshare of sporting enthusiasts, wine coinsurers and affluent “foodies.” This year’s Valley of the Moon Vintage Festival Board has some of their biggest music headliners taking the main stage on the last day of the Festival. Attendees will have the ability to Sip and Shop.

SPONSORSHIP INFORMATIONFor over twelve decades, the Valley of the Moon Vintage Festival has celebrated Sonoma County’s wine heritage and uniqueness to enthusiastic wine consumers. The festival is the longest running festival in California focused on the heritage of the wine industry. The Valley of the Moon Vintage Festival benefits many Sonoma Valley community projects and non-profit organizations. This three-day event is organized and presented by a 501 (c) 3 organization managed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors. With over 40 local wineries participating, attendees can taste over 100 different wines during the three days of premier wine, food and art experience.

HOW THE VINTAGE FESTIVAL MAKES A DIFFERENCE IN THE COMMUNITY The Sonoma Valley Vintage Festival has raised and donated over $150,000 over its recent history. It continues to be one of Sonoma Valley’s largest contributors to local non-profits and local projects.

Types of Sponsors• Cash Sponsorships – Following are levels of participation. Custom

sponsorships are open for negotiation.

• Product Sponsorships – Underwriting or donation of products that are needed at the Valley of the Moon Vintage Festival, for example water, wine, food, paper products and more. Specific levels apply.

• In-Kind Sponsorships – Welcome for party rental companies, audio visual and sound companies, media advertising, signage, shuttle services, security and more.

Premier Gala Sponsor – $10,000Onsite at the Opening Night Gala

• Company’s logo will be prominently displayed on the main stage banner

• Premier sponsor logos are placed on Festival poster, and distributed to member wineries, local businesses and restaurants

This is a free, three-day marketing opportunity for your winery to build relationships and opportunities with consumers in a face-to-face environment. Stand out as an industry leader and build your brand affinity and loyalty among these high-end discerning customers. Leads, leads and more leads will increase your product sales whether it’s club membership or a future visit to your tasting room.

Pre-event marketing opportunity if you sign up by September 1st date. Your company logo including contact information, company profile, list of varietals available to taste at the event as well as those available in your tasting room and a Google map with the location of your tasting room will be included on the vintage festival website. Onsite your company will be included in the official Festival Guide.

Your company name will be included in the Vintage Festival pre-event promotions including, but not limited to social media posts with links to your winery, email communications with potential guests, press announcements and media campaigns.

Participation Is Easy. Visit Our Website to Sign Up Today! The Vintage Festival provides your canopy, table, chairs, printed sign with your winery name, tablecloths, ice, water pitchers and hand washing stations. All you need to bring is the wine and marketing materials. Offer your wine club membership and discount coupons to your tasting room. Set up begins Friday at 4:00pm and 9:00am on Saturday and Sunday. You are responsible for the selection of wines you will be pouring. To have a successful experience it’s our recommendation you provide 1-2 brand ambassadors/or a wine maker and 4-6 cases of wine per day.
