How to play netballDEFENCE

If someone steps in to shoot you dont change your distance.When you are defending if you are going to fall, fall to the side so you dont get obstruction.

SHOOTING How to shoot.

To get the most accurate shoot in shooting would be to holed the ball on the tips of your fingers. And with our non prefer hand rest it against the ball to help guide it. As you are realising the ball flick it up.
