Additional news alert for those who can benefit from it; two private insurance companies (green sheilds canada and SSQ Finacial Group (and affiliates)) now accept BC Approved Reflexologologfist Practitioner’s as service providers under their plans. Please note that your insurance plan created by your employer may not include it. Sometimes though if you haven’t used all your services you can put those credit towards something you want. You say what? It cannot be.

so when I leave where am I to visit.

Of the infinite choices of wondrous dimensions, where’s the soul to go

how then can it keep an ego seeming?

(con’t on page 5) N o t h i n g h a p p e n s i n isolation as much as science and the ICBC would like. We are a multidimensional being in a multidimensional universe. What does that mean to you is life will constantly be affecting you whether you can see it or not or whether you c a n s e e i t coming or not. How you are a f f e c t e d i s deter mine by the nature of you. What you attract, discern, allow or align yourself with and how much attachment to put to it defines the co-creative element of the creation that is you and your life.

It is a balancing act. Thankfully its not 2 dimensional and that constant motion allows us to keep going. We all fall down, we all get up until we don’t. We are born and we die. But what we do between then is

our journey. That journey then reflects the state of ones’ beingness. The more artful you are, the more capable you can stand on your own two feet and dance with life rather than fight against it. This doesn’t mean you are completely independent from others, but rather you can co-exist with others and benefit from the creative elements they bring with them, like skill sets that help you be the best you can be at any given moment in any given situation.

So what are the things that make our journey difficult?

It is living in FEAR False Evidences Appearing Real and forgetting there is MAGIC - Movement Al lowing Grace in to Consciousness and living without GRACE - not Giving Reality a Chance

to Evolve or HOPE Happy O b s e r v a n c e s o f P a s t Experiences. What this has to do with health is that if inappropriate e l e m e n t s a r e p r e s e n t o r appropriate ones are missing they create disharmony. Fear which includes grief, anger, worry and pretense, distract us from the What Is. (con’t page 5)

The Body is Designed for Movement Not only is the body designed to move, it also enjoys

doing so. This is its purpose, its reason for its existence. The movement isn’t about mechanical behaviour, but an interconnected relationship with the occupant, you. The 10 dimensional you not just the ego/3D perceptional unit or mind. It is meant to feel, to have all its senses stimulated and expressed. It is a conscious unit of energy with intellect and intelligence.

When physical movement, such as playing a sport, is too difficult, there are healing modalities that assist in strengthening, stimulating, improving circulation, as well as improving flexibility and body awareness. This is beneficial for several reasons. One it helps to increase blood flow and removes toxins. It keeps the ligaments and tendons toned. It nourishes the brain (con’t page 7)

Like that car that comes from out of nowhere from behind you and doesn't stop in time or you don’t get out of the way. Then getting angry which releases adrenaline in your body, but you can’t run it off to neutralize it which then becomes a toxin. Things happen - there is cause and effect. You don’t pay attention to either and voila, your ill. It may be quick - that car actually physically harms you, or slow, 20 years later you have a rheumatic disease because you continued to be angry or disappointed. Your body chemistry gets affected, your energy flows intermingle and dis-ease happens. You forget the What Is and live in the What If and Why Me or Why Not Me. You begin to function on auto pilot, or from reactive defensive states more than joyful ones and life becomes empty and meaningless. You forget who you are, what you can do, that you can do, your energy levels decrease, you gain weight, you become less flexible. We now call this the Aging Syndrome. Yes the body is meant to slow down, but it doesn’t have to break down. If this was the case every body would end up this way.

Know what is and discover what can be. The body was built to move, the mind to create and the spirit to explore. If any of these are compromised, then look at what is going on, at the choices you are making, and what FEARS you are living. Then find the courage to take a step in a different direction. Find the platform that nourishes and inspires you if you choose. If you don’t, life will happen to you and this is your choice, by not choosing. Take responsibility for your actions, you are the co-creator in your life. Your choices defines what your journey looks like and what you attract in it. What you allow and don’t allow also defines the parameters of the things you attract and how much effort you put into it solidifies its presence. By loving it you can experience it, but love it too much and you loose your self in it. It is an balancing act and it is yours to define by the choices you make from the infinite possibilities.

In conclusion, Be Present in your Life and Know that you affect it and in turn it affects you. The Art of Healing is the Art of Being Well. As an artist of You, you paint the canvas that is your life by the actions you take and the thoughts you make. Your journey reflects those choices. They are not right or wrong, they were the best you could make at the time you made them. Every moment then is an opportunity to make a choice. The more you can see things for What They Are, and not what you think they should be, the more capable you are to make appropriate decisions when life happens like that car that cuts you off and doesn't force you off the road, because your saw things as they are. Being present with life allows us to enjoy the dance of co-creative moments we are constantly engaged in whether we see them or not, or perhaps even want. Your life is a journey and you can choose to be vibrant and alive regardless of what happens to you or you can live in a box created by your own Fears and Should Be’s. The Art of Healing is to see the fears for what they are and the Art of Being is living life well.

and feeds the soul. In this case the soul of the body, but thats another story. The body knows how to heal itself but it is also influenced by its environment. This environment consists of your mind and the lies it feeds it, the food you put into your body whether it wants it or not, or useful for it, the physical environment like your home, work place or other hang outs and the amount and kind of activity you allow it to participate in.

Your body has consciousness and it knows whats good for it, until it is so overly stimulated, ignored or abused that it forgets what its purpose is and what is good for it. That cancer that you are fighting, is the body saying it forgot how to create healthy cells. Those migraine headaches, is your body being overwhelmed by all those self sabotaging insults that it attempts to get away from you.

The body loves to be enjoyed, not abused. When we abuse it, it becomes hard like a rock and overtime becomes brittle. When we don’t care for it, it becomes flaccid and overtime toxicity builds up. When we listen to what it wants it then can support us with ease, carry us through the day and the adventures we participate in. When we love and enliven our senses, the body responds like a puppy ready to go for a walk.

When was the last time you woke up ready to start your day? If not, was it your mind or your

body that wasn’t ready to go? If you don’t know spend a little time before getting out of bed giving attention to your body and ask if it is ready to get up. If it says no, ask it what it requires. It may want a hug, or some extra energy, or to be caressed. It may say hey, you are working me too hard and I require more down time. It may say I am fine and ready to go, but your not and then proceed to give you a reason you may not want to hear.

Here then is another way healing modalities help the body. When the ego comes to peace with what is then it relates to the body more effectively and vice versa. When this communication happens then the body isn’t stress with adrenalin which is toxic if not used right away to run fast. The body is pain free for longer when you exercise and activities are easy to do. When physical activity is not painful, then you enjoy it more and the body receives more movement.

When the body is sore, as the mind perceives it, going to a healing artist can help define the areas in lack of recuperative abilities. Then the tension or fear energy can be reduce which allows for the nourishing energies to be absorbed in a way that speeds the healing. In other words to restore strength (connectivity) and increase flexibility (freedom to move). In doing so the body fulfills its purpose. It becomes that vehicle that you get to enjoy driving. In short the body wants to move with you in a co-creative way that allows for joy and fulfillment of purpose.
