Description: Nippon Paint SolaRefl ect Roof-Seal Waterproofi ng is a low VOC ready-to-use waterbased acrylic waterproofi ng membrane. It is made with special blends of polymer, fi llers and additives to provide excellent UV resistance while providing long term waterproofi ng protection for the roof. Besides that, it also has solar refl ective properties refl ecting large amount of solar energy from the sun. Thus, lowering heat build-up and subsequently keeping the building cool.

APPLICATION DATAMETHOD : Brush or rollerTHEORETICAL COVERAGE : 1.8 m2 / litre (based on 300μm DFT)DILUTION : No dilution is necessary for best performanceSURFACE PREPARATION :• Surface must be clean, dry, stable and free from dust, dirt, oil, grease and other contaminants.• Allow all washed surfaces to dry before application• Surface imperfections must be levelled and patched. Ensure no possible ponding of water.• Newly rendered surface should be allowed to dry fully and cure prior to coating with moisture content not exceeding 6% using appropriate moisture meter (Sovereign Meter)• For repainting of old substrates, remove any loose coating and all unstable matter before application• For metal roof, substrate should be wire brushed or abrasive blasted and appropriately primed before application

DRYING TIME : Hard Dry - 1 hour max at 25°C, 65% RHOVERCOATING TIME : 2 hours minimum based on normal conditions

Description: Nippon Paint Roof-Seal Primer is a ready-to-use primer used to treat porous substrate and to prepare substrates prior to application of waterproofi ng membrane to enhance adhesion.

APPLICATION DATAMETHOD: Brush or roller

THEORETICAL COVERAGE: 6 – 8 m2 / litre(depending on application method and weather conditions, surface profi le and porosity)

DILUTION: No dilution is necessary for best performance

SURFACE PREPARATION: • Surface must be clean, dry, stable and free from dust, dirt, oil, grease and other contaminants.• Allow all washed surfaces to dry before paint• Surface imperfections must be levelled and patched• Newly plastered surface should be allowed to dry fully and cured (min 28 days) prior to coating and not exceeding 6% moisture content using appropriate moisture meter (Sovereign Meter)

DRYING TIME: Approximately 1 hour (depending on weather conditions and substrate absorption rate)
