The user-friendly menu is clearly set; the guidanceis logical, transparent, and based on clinical demands.Simple entry screens, cursor control, and self-explanatory icon buttons (shortcuts) speed your waythrough menu navigation. The selection of systemconfigurations, network functions, and applicationparameters is intuitive as well. The most importantfunctions can be chosen with a single key stroke –workflow the way it should be.

Compact and 130° orbital movement

Compactness doesn’t lead to limitations.SIREMOBIL Compact L features a large orbital rotationof 130°. This high projection flexibility is importantfor optimal clinical workflow, especially in orthopedics,traumatology, and pain management.

High performance, lower dose

SIREMOBIL Compact L is equipped with a highperformance X-ray generator to meet even themost demanding clinical applications. Challengingprojections, like lateral views of the lumbar spinewhich require penetration of dense anatomy, areeasily mastered.

The uniquely designed X-ray tube provides extendedfluoro times – over 50 minutes – with high imagequality and the lowest possible dose. This is ideal forthoracic imaging applications, such as the placementof pacemakers, which require exceptionally long fluorotimes.

SIREMOBIL Compact Lhas an orbital movementof 130° (0°, +90° and-40°). This large angularrange enables highprojection flexibility.

Maximum performance, minimum radiation –with CARE

SIREMOBIL Compact L supports the Siemens CARE(Combined Applications to Reduce Exposure) initiative,which features solutions to make imaging safer forclinicians and patients. The collimator locations canbe displayed on last image hold – thus for collimatoradjustments, any further radiation can be avoided.The C-arm can be positioned with the help of theoptional integrated laser light localizers.

Pulsed fluoroscopy

Pulsed fluoroscopy is standard on SIREMOBILCompact L. Depending on the selected pulse widthand pause interval, pulsed fluoroscopy can result insignificant dose reduction – without compromisingimage quality.

DAP/air kerma value

An optional Diamentor* measures the Dose AreaProduct (DAP) of the fluoroscopy field. The DAP resultis displayed on the live monitor for easy viewingand increased dose awareness. The DAP can also bedocumented on hardcopy images. Alternativelythe display and documentation of air kerma rate andcumulative air kerma value is possible.

SIREMOBIL Compact LFast, high quality imaging

SIREMOBIL Compact L is equipped with a newpowerful imaging system that provides a very shortboot-up time: in only 40 seconds, the system is readyfor imaging.

SIREMOBIL Compact L with its new imaging systemstands for excellent image processing as well aslarge image memory. With MEMOSKOP CX 200,up to 200 images can be stored and the imagingsystem is upgradeable to 2,000 or 5,000 images.

For comfortable playback of image scenes, auto loopis a standard feature on Continuous Fluoroscopy,Pulsed Fluoroscopy and Subtraction at all MEMOSKOPCX systems.

SIREMOBIL Compact L includes a CD drive. OptionalCD-writing functionality helps you to store your imagesor to make them available for other viewing or imagingsystems. In addition, export of images can be per-formed by using the USB port. Key DICOM functions(Digital Imaging and Communications) can be addedto enable data transfer within a facility’s network.

Like all our X-ray-based products, the individualcomponents of the entire imaging chain are from onesource – Siemens. These ideally matched componentsallow SIREMOBIL Compact L to consistently deliverbrilliant image quality. SIREMOBIL Compact Lis an all digital imaging system for image processing,display, and storage in 1K.

Brilliant image quality onhigh-resolution TFT monitors

Images are displayed on two high-resolution TFT monitors that canbe adjusted to the desired viewingangle. Their slim design allows formaximum mobility and exceptionalmaneuverability of the trolley. These TFTmonitors provide excellent, flicker-freeimaging and feature more than 170°viewing angle horizontally as well asvertically, high brightness and contrast.

While the left monitor shows the currentlive image in full size, the rightmonitor displays the reference image orthumbnails representing a previewof single images and/or pre-selecteddynamic runs. This combined displayallows fast image review.

SIREMOBIL Compact LFocusing on ergonomics – a sophisticated design

SIREMOBIL Compact L combines the features youneed in a powerful, user-friendly package. For example,the intuitive color-coding of the brakes, anglemarkers, and chassis handles enables fast, precise,and especially ergonomic C-arm adjustment. Thecolor-coding of the brake handles corresponds to themarkers indicating the C-arm’s angular position.This facilitates positioning and communication in abusy OR environment.

The small footprint and light weight design ofSIREMOBIL Compact L make the system easilytransportable throughout the facility.
