Synopsis
More and more organisations are using the Skills Framework for the
Information Age (SFIA) to keep track of the skills they have and the
skills they need to obtain.
This session will demonstrate how easy it is for organisations to
understand their ICT skills gaps, how to address the gap, and how to
create skills-based role profiles and job descriptions.
Attendees will learn from case studies that show how organisations
have used SFIA to target skills needing development and optimise
the skill sets of your greatest asset: your people.
