We all know that proper pressing is very important for any project. The Clover “Press Perfect” tools will make your pressing easier and more professional! Here are some of our favorites: Hold It Precision Stiletto – The heat-resistant silicone tip on this stiletto takes the place of your fingers when you are holding something down to press it. No more burnt fingertips! Grippy tip is great at the sewing machine too! Hot Hemmer – Fold, measure and press hems in one step! The non-slip surface holds fabric in place on this thin and accurate ruler. Press directly on the ruler with steam or dry heat. Also great for round, interior and mitered corners. Touch Up Pressing Mitt – Put the mitt on your hand and touch-up a sleeve, shoulder, pant leg, col-lar or lapel. Great for getting rid of “hanger shoulders” and for travel. Mighty Mini Board – Compact and lightweight for when a regular ironing board won’t do. Great for getting inside a purse, bag, pant leg, sleeve, doll clothes, etc. Also great in quilting when you want to press a seam without pressing the surrounding area. All these tools can be purchased individually or in the Press Perfect Essentials 10-Piece Collection, an innovative collection of notions and updates for the ironing board. _____________________________________________________________________________

Aprons – We’ve got ‘em! Choose from 8 colors of chef’s aprons ready for you to embellish if desired. With roomy pockets for convenience and adjustable neck strap to fit all body types.

Trace ‘n Create Quilt Collection – Create curves from squares and rectangles with this template set endorsed by Nancy Zieman. Set consists of 3 templates that let you create multiple sizes of Drunkard’s Path, Wagon Wheel, Hearts and Gizzards, Fan, and Circle Blocks.

Terral Magic – This stabilizing fabric spray lets you expand your creativity with fabric! It keeps a single thick-ness of fabric from fraying, giving it a paper-like consistency and then washes out so that your fabric is soft again. Use with machine embroidery, electronic cutting machines, art quilts, fabric art and more! Try the 2 new patterns from Terral Arts, Poinettia and Poppies to create some 3-D flowers. Fun, Fun, Fun!

We love the Wonky Ruler from Quilt in a Day! Use 2 ½” strips to create blocks, twisting and trimming as you go. Try the original pattern for a Twisted Log Cabin or one of the new patterns, Rabbit Hole or Twisted Nine-Patch. See class schedule to join us for one of these fun classes. Make your own backpack purse with the new patterns, Got Your Back and Back At Ya (a smaller version) from Patterns by Annie. Both are stylish and detailed with plenty of room to keep everything neat and easy to access, lightweight and washable with adjustable straps and a padded handle. Come in and see the shop sample!

Want to finish that pile of quilt tops in your closet? Don’t have a long-arm quilting machine and don’t want some-one else to finish your projects for you? If you would like to learn to use your embroidery machine to do edge-to-edge quilt patterns, you will love the new book/CD, Edge-to-Edge Quilting on Your Embroidery Machine. The CD has files for 10 quilting designs, and the book explains and illustrates the process. I (Linda) just finished a shop sample and it was so easy! Love it. Love it. Love it.

Wonder Clips - you already love them, but now there’s more to love! New packs of 50 Wonder Clips in pink to support the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Great for holding quilt bindings, and better than pins for holding thick layers together.

The Desk Needle Threader has also gone pink for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. This great little gizmo helps you thread those hand needles quick as a flash!

September 2014

For now!
