Naishadh Gadani
Naishadh is originally from India and migrated to Australia in 2007. He has
successfully navigated 2 career transitions. In Australia, he is working as an
Employment Consultant with people who have sustained injury at work or in an
accident and assists them in securing new employment. Naishadh has previously
worked with a not-for-profit organisation where he coached and mentored people
with complex and multiple barriers to find suitable employment.
Naishadh founded Resume Solutions in 2008 and has been writing professional resume and LinkedIn
profiles for Australian and Asian market. He is also a Certified Interview Consultant, Job Search Trainer
and 360 Personal Branding Analyst. Naishadh has successfully helped and coached numerous professionalsto secure employment in Australia.
Naishadhs has a unique ability to inspire and coach people to accomplish their best and he brings practical
and real-life examples to demonstrate concepts. In India, he has led numerous training seminars and
workshops in relationship, communication and leadership.
