CATEGORIZEMYWRITINGS

Bydefault,thepaperspostedonyoursitearedisplayedcategoricallybytheirsubjectheading.Alternatively,youmayelecttohavethemgroupedbydocumenttype(e.g.article,workingpaper,report).Controltheseoptions,aswellasthetermsusedforthedocumenttypeorsubjectheadings,byclickingtheCategorizeMyWritingsbutton.

SubjectHeadings

1.SelectOrganizemyhomepagebysubjectheadingsbyclickingthesmallbuttonnexttoitinordertohaveyourpaperscategorizedanddisplayedbysubjectheading.

2.Modifyingyoursubjectheadings:Subjectheadingsthathavebeenusedbyuploadedpapersareauto‐maticallydisplayed.YoumayaddnewsubjectheadingsbyclickingNewRowandenteringanewhead‐ingintheboxprovided.DeleteanyunwantedsubjectheadingsbyclickingthecorrespondingDeletebuttonoreditasubjectheadingbymodifyingtheheadinginplace.

3.Onceyourlistofsubjectheadingsisasyouwouldlikeit,clicktheSaveChangesbuttonatthetoporbot‐tomofthescreentosaveyoureditsandreturntoEditMySite.Alternatively,byclickingonAssignpa-perstosubjectheadingsatthispoint,thesystemwillautomaticallysaveyournewsubjectheadingsandmoveontothenextstep.

4.VerifythatallpapershaveasubjectheadingbyclickingAssignpaperstosubjectheadings.5.Foreachpaper,clicktheappropriatesubjectheading(s)inthelistboxtotheright.HoldtheCtrl

(Windows)orApple(Mac)keytoselectmultiplesubjectheadingsforadocument.HoldtheCtrl(Windows)orApple(Mac)keywhileclickingaselecteditemtodeselectit.

6.ClickSavechanges.


DocumentType

1.SelectOrganizemyhomepagebydocumenttypebyclickingthesmallbuttonnexttoitinordertohaveyourpaperscategorizedanddisplayedbytheirdocumenttype.

2.Ifyouwouldliketorewordthelabelforanyofthedocumenttypes,editthetextinthecorrespondingCus-tomLabel ield.TheCustomLabelwillbedisplayedastheheadingforthesedocumentsonyoursite.Onlythelabelsmaybechanged;actualdocumenttypescannotbeaddedordeleted.

Touploadnewdocumentstoyoursite:
