The Florida Department of Health is working in partnership with the Martin County School District and many community partners to provide guidance, resources and current data related to COVID-19. A dedicated COVID-19 webpage with resources, reports and a data dashboard with case counts by county is available online at: FloridaHealthCOVID19.gov

Standard safety material: gloves surgical mask
Lock Cabinet for medication
Access to water for medication (fountain, sink)
Refrigerator
Bathroom/Proximity to a bathroom with supervision
Sink/hand sanitizer
No touch thermometer
Screen for nebulizer treatments
Barrier to prevent accidental entry

N95 storage (5 days), disposable gown, 1 additional bio-waste

● 7,662 total responses (including duplicates)● 6,094 (37%) K-12 students enrolled in Remote Learning (duplicate
entries removed)● 175 responses being sent to schools this morning for further
investigation
Students Needing Investigation
● 175 responses need further investigation from school sites● Some are students we cannot locate in FOCUS based on info submitted (new
to the District, incorrect name/student ID number entered, etc.)● Some are kindergarten students who are likely pending registration at the
elementary schools○ Only 580 kindergarten students are currently enrolled in the District, we likely
have ~800 pending registration● Some parents/guardians of charter, private or homeschool students completed
the form - these submissions are being investigated by staff
