1. How to access relevant work items through email link?

Note

You’ll be able to log on to the below screen, if password is reset through KAUST connect only.

However the alternate ways of accessing the work item(s) are mentioned in section 2, 3 below.

Please follow the approval steps mentioned in Section 4.

2. How to access relevant work items through GRC Approval tile? Access the portal link https://portal.kaust.edu.sa and enter login credentials.

Click on GRC Approval tile availble in the left panel as seen below.

Note: If the request is raised for external/non-employee type category user then the highlighted warning will
