PAYROLL ORGANIZATION

• If the function Release Payroll is selected from the menu, it locks the personnel number attached to payroll area under consideration. Thus, it will not allow any changes to info types for this personnel number. Though changes that affect future are still permitted. This function must be executed before starting payroll.

• On the off chance that Check Result is chosen, it doesn't permit you to begin payroll for the payroll territory concerned. Thusly, you can check the payroll result, as no one can change the payroll result.

• In case the Corrections is chosen, lock on master data and time data records for the chosen payroll region are discharged. You can roll out improvements in infotypes for personnel numbers having selected payroll area.
