• All employees in the organization are linked to time

management relevant profiles. These determine,

which specific holiday calendar is taken into account,

the employee’s work schedule, and if the employee

records time

Overtime in lieu and working time accounts

• Working time accounts enable a flexible handling

of employee’s working time. The employee time

recording can get balances out over a specific

period. This means that employees can work

longer when heavy workload exists and can leave

earlier when the workload is less.

• For work on specific days like Sunday the posting

to the working time account can be enhanced with

a posting factor to cater for higher payments on

Sundays

• Calculated overtime can be paid out or flow into a

Time in lieu balance which enables employees to

take time off based on their overtime hours
