    DATA BREACH PROTECTION

    Data breaches are not reserved for the big box stores. In fact,industry experts report that merchants who process 20,000 or fewertransactions (level 4 merchants) account for 85% of identied datacompromises. Thats why we provide a Breach Protection Programfor each qualifying merchant. This no deductible policy provides upto $50,000 of protection per incident* of data breach from a system/network intrusion or physical loss such as card skimming, stolenreceipts or computers, or employee theft of card information. Thesefunds can assist in covering the following substantial costs:

    Forensic audit required of a merchant when a data breach issuspected

    Fees, nes and related expenses associated with a data breach

    All merchants that process fewer than 6,000,000 transactionsand who have not had a data compromise qualify forprotection.

    *Protection is provided at the merchant ID (MID) level and is available for multiple location merchants for additional cost.
