World Mission Sunday

October 22 & 23

This weekend we will be taking up a special collection for World

Mission Sunday to support the Church’s missionary activities.

Offerings this Sunday provide financial assistance to about 1,150

missionary dioceses in Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the

Pacific Islands. This is a practical way for us to show Christ’s

love for those whose practice of our faith needs our support. We

appreciate your generosity for the Missions.

All Hallow’s Eve Party Religious Education is inviting the parish to an All Hallow’s Eve Party on October 31

st from 5:00 – 6:30 pm in the Hall.

We encourage Good Guys, Bible and Saint Costumes. There will be games, candy, pizza and more. Bring your carved pumpkin for a contest, too. We look forward to seeing you there! We are accepting candy donations for All Hallows Eve Party in a box in the vestibule. Thank you.

Este fin de semana tendremos una colecta especial para el

Domingo Mundial de las Misiones, para ayudar a las actividades

misioneras de la Iglesia. Las ofrendas en este domingo proveen

Todos los Santos La Educación Religiosa invita la parroquia a una fiesta para Víspera del Día de Todos los Santos el 31 de octubre de 5:00 a 6:30 pm en el salón. Animamos disfraces de héroes buenos, biblia y santos. Habrá juegos, dulces, pizza y más. Trae tu calabaza de Halloween para un concurso. Esperamos vernos allá! The 8:00 am Mass will be followed by Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament until Benediction at 6:00 pm. Come and spend some quiet time in adoration

with Our Lord, or better yet, commit to one holy hour.

Choir News

We are forming a choir for Holy Week. We are practicing on Tuesdays at 5:30 pm in the church. All are welcome to come and join. We are singing on Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Vigil, and Easter Sunday. Contact Roseanne Comino at 257-6960.
