The position is full time, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. from August 1 to May 31 as well as in June and July as needed.
Primary function of this position are to perform the administra-tive duties relative to the operation and organization of the school office. This includes secretarial support to the Principal, answering the office phones, greeting and assisting visitors to the office, maintaining records, providing first aide to students, maintaining the online school calendar, maintaining inventory of school books and supplies, supporting the implementation of special events.
Education/Experience; High School graduate
At least three (3) years of prior administrative/secretarial ex-perience
Experience with operating standard office equipment
Prefer candidate with prior experience working within an educational environment
Prefer candidate with Red Cross first aid training certificate and CPR certified
Other Skills/Requirements: Proficiency in the use of computers including internet, email,
and MS Office products such as Excel and Word. Prefer can-
didate with knowledge of PDS and Google Documents, Op-tion C for attendance and other education-specific programs.
Candidate who is an active member of a Roman Catholic faith.
Good written and verbal communication skills; excellent in-terpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
Self-starter with willingness to work under general supervi-sion.
Good attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Professional demeanor with ability to maintain confidentiali-ty.
Willingness to submit to and satisfactorily complete a crimi-nal background screening and complete diocesan Safe Envi-ronment training.

Sacred Heart School in Lawrenceburg is seeking Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
CYO will meet on Sunday, April 28th at 7:00 pm
for the annual Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt.
The First Communion Retreat will be on Friday, April 26 after the school Mass with Bish-op Spalding. Children are asked to be at the school by 7:30 am for a breakfast to start the day.

Next Sunday, April 28th we will celebrate
the Divine Mercy Sunday!
The Divine Mercy Chaplet will
be prayed at 3:00 pm and, all
those who would like to receive
the Sacrament of the Sick, may
receive the Anointing.

Sacred Heart School News
The Staff at Sacred Heart School wish everyone a Blessed Easter!
We have started registration for the school year 2019-2020, for students in Pre-K and Kindergar-ten! Children who are 3 by Aug. 15th, can regis-ter for 2 days a week. Children who are 4 by Aug. 15th can register for 3 or 5 days a week. Pricing varies depending on days they attend. We are currently taking pre-registration for Grades 1–8.
7th and 8th grade Dinner Theater is on April 26th. Doors open at 6:00 pm. $12 per person. $6 children ages 5-12. 4 and under are free.
Please pray for our children who will receive the sacrament of Holy Communion on April 28th at the 10:30 Mass.
First Annual Spring Marketplace will take place in the gym on Saturday, May 4th from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm. We are looking for craft-ers and vendors. Anyone interested, please call the school at 762-6125.
Rice Bowl
If you have not yet turned in your Rice Bowl, you may do so this Sunday or next. There is a box in the back of Church to put them in.
The School still has Bar-B-Que for sale!
The price has been reduced to $5 per pound.
