EVERY 40 SECONDS, SOMEONE IN THE U.S. IS HAVING A STROKE!

Stroke Scan Plus will be at St. Jerome Catholic Church

in O’Brien Hall on Monday, Dec. 13 to provide life-saving,

wellness ultrasound screenings. Do you have high blood

pressure or high cholesterol, diabetes, or a family

history of heart disease, stroke, abdominal aneurysm or

internal cancers of the thyroid, liver, kidneys or

gallbladder? If so, do not miss this opportunity for early

detection of a possible serious disease. These screenings

are typically NOT performed at your annual check-up, and

insurance companies may not pay for them unless you are

symptomatic. Diagnostic versions of these screenings cost

thousands of dollars in a hospital/clinic. Stroke Scan Plus

will be offering them to you for $159 for all seven combined

ultrasound screenings (Stroke, AAA & organs). Insurance

is NOT necessary and appointments are limited. Stroke

Scan will be available at the church for you to

register on Dec. 4 & 5 after all Masses or please

call 832-437-7355 or toll free 1-866-935-7226 to

schedule an appointment today for you or a loved

one. Early detection and prevention is the KEY to saving

lives! www.strokescan.com.

CADA 40 SEGUNDOS, ALGUIEN EN LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS PRESENTA UN ATAQUE

CEREBRAL!

El Lunes 13 de Diciembre Stroke Scan Plus realizará

exámenes preventivos vasculares con ultrasonido en el

salon O’Brien.

o gratis a 1-866-935-7226. www.strokescan.com.

Your gift is an active form of discipleship, supporting our family of families as well as countless lives throughout the archdiocese. Your support is needed more than ever to help men and women respond to their vocation, help students in need through tuition-assistance, form lay ministry leaders, help those in dire need of love and compassion.

Thank you to those who have already set up their pledge or have made their donation. If you haven’t not yet participated, it’s not too late. Please prayerfully consider joining our parish’s 97 generous donors. We have 15.5% participation working toward a goal of 25%. You can offer a one-time gift or a new option of a recurring monthly gift, which is a gift with no end date until you contact the Appeal Office and say otherwise. Text-To-Give, (210) 750-6712, keyword APPEAL, go online www.archsa.org/ appealor call (210) 734-1604. Thank you and May God bless you.
