residential projects. As one of the top architects in Austinspecializing in construction detailing, Ronn was responsible for the

detailing of the award-winning steel and glass atrium for the newAustin Convention Center expansion, as well as the fabric shade

sails of the Central Phoenix Library. His experience also includesset design for ten feature films including the SpyKids series,

Idiocracy and Friday Night Lights. With more than 25 yearsprofessional experience, Ronn is a highly-experienced planner,

building-designer, construction detailer and code expert.

CENTENNIAL OLYMPIC PARKMaster planning and implementation of a 21 acre temporary park in downtown Atlanta, which was the central public gathering space for the 1996 Olympic Games.

DKNY PENTHOUSE SHOWROOMNew 2,000 sf Showroom constructed on top of an existing 12 story building in New York's Garment Center. Central space serves as a theater for fashion shows, then converts later for merchandising to wholesale buyers.

1700 BLOCK OF SOUTH CONGRESSA new facade treatment was incorporated to impart a new character for a series of shops stretching half of a city block on South Congress Avenue, and to provide individuality to each tenant.

Master Planning for various proposal for Hyatt Hotel site and surrounding area at Lady Bird Lake. Extensive experience with the International Building Code. PARKITECT, CENTENNIAL OLYMPIC PARK, ATLANTA, GEORGIAMaster planning and implementation of a 21 acre temporary park in downtown Atlanta which was the central public gathering space for the 1996 Olympic Games, and was visited by approximately 5.5 million people during its three weeks of operation. Coordinated with some of the largest corporations in the world (AT&T, Budweiser, Coca-Cola, Swatch, General Motors) to integrate their pavilions within the park. Designed three amphitheaters for the Cultural Olympiad, sited 5 pieces of public art and coordinated "Look of the Park" elements including entrance and arcade structures, banners, fence cover, graphics and wayfaring signage. Coordinated the design of temporary infrastructure (water, sewer, power, lighting, telephone, closed circuit television cable, NBC video) as well as grading, paving and landscaping. Programming and design of two Sponsor Villages for 20 of the world's largest corporations. One year and five months of self employment.

SENIOR ARCHITECT, FTL ASSOCIATES, NEW YORK CITYDesign, production and construction administration of approximately $14 million of interior construction and $3.5 million of furnishings for fashion designer Donna Karan. Design of Donna Karan boutique in Singapore. Design and production for several outdoor performance theaters including Central Park Summer Stage, Reebok Riverstage at Pier 84 (for Radio City Music Hall), and production and installation of tensile structure for Greenwich, CT. Design and production of tensile fabric shading system for the Phoenix Central Library, Phoenix, AZ. Seven years of employment.
