Main responsibilities: Reengineering: Constantly reviewing processes, looking for improvement areas. Planning and developing projects to standardize processes to the Americas area, looking for best practices to ensure efficiency and interlock on daily duties. Purchase order Quality Review and approval. Finding and reporting all Policy deviation. Proposing, planning and placing strategies to avoid digressions. Involved in Purchase Order reporting, risk management, compliance & integrations. Managing people, setting growing and personal goals, reviewing Development plans and Performance. HP (2007 – 2012) Technical Service Center Team Lead: I was part of HP Networking Department and Imaging and Printing group, both technical branches. Team lead on both departments.
