Citi (Dec 2012 – Current)
PO Operations Team Lead: Since Dec 2012, I have been conducting the migration of PO Operations from
NAM, Brazil and Latin America Countries to the Service Center in Costa Rica. Main responsibilities:
Reengineering: Constantly reviewing processes, looking for improvement areas.
Planning and developing projects to standardize processes to the Americas area, looking for
best practices to ensure efficiency and interlock on daily duties.
Purchase order Quality Review and approval. Finding and reporting all Policy deviation.
Proposing, planning and placing strategies to avoid digressions.
Involved in Purchase Order reporting, risk management, compliance & integrations.
Managing people, setting growing and personal goals, reviewing Development plans and
Performance.
HP (2007 – 2012)
Technical Service Center Team Lead: I was part of HP Networking Department and Imaging and Printing
group, both technical branches. Team lead on both departments. Main responsibilities:
Quality Analysis, data analysis and reporting. Including revision of recording calls and open
tickets to ensure high quality was provided to clients.
Promoting controls and risk management adherence.
