    IMPERMEABLE ROAD SOLUTIONS

  • To engage with government and non-government organizations

in India and design sustainable, efficient, safe, cost effective and

technically par to international road infrastructure by reducing use

of aggregate to save environment and creation of waterproof

    durable roads.

    ·

    ·

    ·

    ·

To design and build roads that can be build & redeveloped in

the least amount of time, effort and cost.

To develop the road infrastructure in a manner that the traffic

diversion and halts are the least.

Enhanced connectivity for remote far flung and isolated areas,

including North-East Region (NER), Left Wing Extremism

(LWE) affected areas including Tribal areas.

To provide an infrastructure that supports the rescue

operations in events of natural calamities like floods &

    earthquake.

We are Road Stabilization solution provider. Our group is

specialised in providing innovative technologies solution in road

construction. Team of global corporate professionals from

different streams and educational backgrounds from world's top

chemical & technical institutions joined hands with a mission &

vision to build durable roads in India faster, sustainable, cost

    effective for seamless travel.

    About Us

    Vision

    Mission

  • On a prepared sub-grade, a RoadstaB stabilized impermeable

layer is laid as sub-base layer. Crack relief layer (WMM/SAMI) is

laid over the stabilized structure. Asphalt layer acts as wearing

course over the crack relief layer.

    Benefits :

    1. Decrease construction time up-to 50%.

    2. Decreases crust thickness 20-30%.

    3. Enhances Durability 4 times than Conventional method.

    4. 20-30% Cost savings against Conventional Methodology

  • No inert material is required for Base and sub-base layer. All

material of Existing structure reclaimed to full depth. All reclaimed

material of existing laid structure is reused for total width of new

    structure

    2. RoadstaB solution for 7 m wide roads

100 mm Crack Relief Layer of WMM

    7 m wide

200 mm RoadstaB Stabilized Sub Base

    40 mm Asphalt Layer

    1. Existing road of 3.75 m

    200 mm SUBBASE- GSB

    100 mm Asphalt

    3.75 m

Milled asphalt with base layer is mixed with RoadstaB compound

for the formation of stabilized base layer.

By using this methodology only new wearing course shall be

provided, all other structural layers can be reused with better

    Physio-Mechanical Properties.

    Execution Steps :

Widening of existing Road with Existing Material2

Step 1: From existing structure, 200 mm GSB is mixed with 150mm of WMM and some % of soil to make a RoadstaB Stabilized sub-base layer for total width of 7 m.

Step 3: 40mm Virgin Asphalt layer is finally laid over Crack Relief layer to act as Wearing course for the structure.

Step 2: Remaining 100mm WMM is mixed with Reclaimed Asphalt layer of 60mm (DBM) +40 mm (BC) to make crack relief layer for total of 7m width

The design is IRC 37 : 2018 Compliant

  • Benefits:

    1. Saves construction time up-to 50%.

    2. 100% Reuse of existing material.

    3. 30-50% Cost savings against conventional methodology.

    1. Existing road Asphalt and WMM will be

    crushed together to

    make RoadstaB

    Layer

    250 mm WMM/WBM

    200 mm GSB

    100 mm ASPHALT

250 -300mm RoadstaB stabilized BASE Course withexisting material

    200 mm GSB Remains same

    PQC as Required

Existing material of Asphalt and base layer of flexible pavement

will be reused to fullest to make a RoadstaB Stabilized

impermeable base for PQC. Existing GSB remains undisturbed

for its functionality, PQC layer can be paved directly over

    RoadstaB layer.

Reconstruction of Flexible Pavement to Rigid Pavement

    Benefits:

    1. No Hauling.

    2. More Stable base for PQC

    3. 100% Reuse of existing material.

    4. 30-40% Cost saving.
