The full moon for me is the time to perform the Rite of Elemental Equilibration.

Stand facing East. Perform the four-fold breath four times. Imagine a brilliant light above your head. Using your right hand, draw it down to your forehead. Form the yellow symbol of Alchemical Air superimposed over upper body and vibrate "Shaddai El Chai". Picture black symbol of Alchemical Earth covering lower body. Bring hand down to point to ground and vibrate "Adonai Ha-Aretz".Picture red symbol of Alchemical Fire over right side of body, touch the right shoulder and vibrate "YHVH Tzabaoth". Picture blue symbol of Alchemical Water over left side of body, touch the left shoulder and vibrate "Elohim Tzabaoth". Bring hands together in front of heart, interlace fingers with palms facing outwards so knuckles touch heart center, and picture a white Spirit Wheel at the center of your body, uniting and energizing all four elemental triangles. Imagine the shaft of light above connecting with this sigil. Vibrate "Eth". Continue the four-fold breath four times, inhaling the Fire, holding the Water, exhaling the Air, and empty-holding the Earth.
