To Whom It May Concern

The restaurant "Vincent", located in Große Pfarrgasse 7, 1090 Vienna is one of the few top high-end restaurants, in which the opposite poles of continuity and change are followed consistently. Since 1973 Patron Frank Gruber stands for this great achievement. He has matured the restaurant from a typical viennese student pup to an international gourmet restaurant. Chefs like Meinrad Neunkirchner, Peter Zinter and currently Alexander Mayer drag an outstanding resume, so the restaurant was awarded with three toques and one Michelin star.

Since August 2014, Mr. Jessl has been working in the position as sommelier for us and dealt always with great enthusiasm and commitment his duties to our complete satisfaction. We came to appreciate him as an independent, responsible and always reliable person, who collaborates determined and friendly with his colleagues. He works extremely dutiful, always reliable, with absolute discretion.

In both - professional and social - Mr Jessl brings himself awarded into the team. He shines out with a very high degree of personal initiative and helpfulness. Moreover, he is very open-minded in relation to various suggestions and willing to learn at all times. Further, it seems that he is very motivated to develop himself.

Mr. Jessl has a huge variety of specific knowledges, which he uses excellent during his work. Furthermore, he can be repeated entrusted with difficult tasks, for which he always finds optimal solutions.

Punctuality, cleanliness and honesty are natural for him, and a loyal commitment which goes mostly over the full working time.

Mr. Jessl corresponds to our expectations in every regard and in the very best way.

In addition to the proper technical qualifications, Mr. Jessl distinguishes himself by optimism, kindness and teamwork. We keep him ideally suited for his position as sommelier and all other areas in the tourism industry and recommend him any time for a job in this profession.
