We understand many players move on to play basketball, soccer and other sports this time of year but still want to keep their baseball IQ in tact. The short clinic is a fun and exciting way for players to refresh their memories on any tips and tricks they received during the Summer Camp Season. Skill Sessions are a good fit for players new to the game looking to establish the basics, but also advanced players trying to take their game to the next level. Coaches teach with enthusiasm and passion and new and exciting aspects of the game are covered each session with an emphasis on teamwork. Working together towards a common goal is a constant theme not only during Skill Sessions but is found in any T-Sports environment. LEARN TO BREW YOUR OWN KOMBUCHA!with Lila VolkasHave you heard of Kombucha, the beverage the ancient Chinese called the “Immortal Health Elixir?” It’s been around for more than 2,000 years and has a rich anecdotal history of health benefits like improving digestion, boosting energy and helping your immune system. It is made from sweetened tea that’s been fermented by a symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast (a SCOBY, a.k.a. “mother” because of its ability to reproduce, or “mushroom” because of its appearance). By brewing your own Kombucha, you save money that would be otherwise spent on commercially produced Kombucha and get to play around with your favorite flavors! Participants will receive a Kombucha Brewing Kit including a SCOBY, starter liquid and an illustrated “how to” guide. NO REFUNDS 7 DAYS PRIOR TO CLASS START DATE.$66 / $56 Resident Discount

CHAKRA MEDITATIONAge 13+with Vera Quijano, www.VeraQuijano.comChakras are junction points of spiraling energy that govern your physical, mental, and emotional wellness. They correlate with specific structures and functions of your body, and are heavily influenced by various circumstances in your life. When these wheels of energy endure stress, your body mind coordination is disrupted, and life may become overwhelming. Mantras are sounds that are repeated to aid in concentration. This guided meditation class is designed to utilize mantras to help you heal your seven primary chakras, coordinate and balance the energy between them, and revive your personal power to energize them. The ultimate intention of this practice is to help you create harmony and restore peace to your everyday life. Appropriate for men, women, and teens. Wear comfortable clothing. WE BRING THE MOVES, YOU TURN UP THE HEAT.Our classes will give you a heart pumpin’ dance party workout that incinerates up to 800cph (that’s calories-per hour). We’ll leave you breathless, toned, and coming back for more. Fresh body pulsing music and new moves keep you psyched to sweat. Our DanceMixx classes fuse cardio, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, and of course, dance. Expect to feel results after 3 classes, and expect to keep going.

With so many classes to choose from, you get the variety you need to stay motivated and break through plateaus. Our classes are unique. No judgment, no intimidation. Instructors and customers make you feel like you belong. Think you don’t have the moves? We say- who cares? Just come to class and have fun. You want to transform your body, not become a back-up dancer for Beyonce. Besides, when the beat drops, you’ll be surprised what your hips can do. All ages, levels, and sizes are welcome. Classes are ongoing. Start anytime.

DANCE MIXX: Torch fat, sculpt lean muscle and crush calories with this high intensity workout that mixes dance-based cardio with strength training. Fresh pulse-pounding music and body-blasting moves bring the intensity to transform your body, boost your mood, and ignite your energy.

STRENGTH60: Go for confidence-inspiring contour and definition while you melt fat. A full 60 minutes of fat-burning and muscle-sculpting, while the pulse pounding playlist distracts you from the burn. This strength training class will transform you.

FUSION: Supercharge your metabolism and blast fat fast. This circuit-based High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT) class fuses cardio pumping dance moves with muscle work. Rev up your results with this total body workout.

LO: Get all the pulse-pounding, body-pumping intensity without the hop. Use your muscles—not your momentum—to get a killer core workout. Rock it out with dance-based cardio and strength training for total body transformation.
