Declaration

The graduate José Pedro Eleutério, bearer of Citizen Card number 13451670, did an internship

at Programa Operacional de Valorização do Território (POVT), located on Av. D. João II, Lote

1.07.2.1 – 2º andar, in Lisbon, under my supervision, between July 5th 2010 and July 4th 2011,

within the framework of PEPAC 2010, with the duration of 1 year, non-extendable.

At the beginning of his work he had set objectives, which included, among others, the daily

analysis of a large number of expenses of projects in the outcomes of Reconstruction and

Requalification of Schools from 5th to 9th grade, of Structural Equipments and of Sports. He

analyzed physical and documental verification reports and final reports of some projects,

worked in the update of the Programme’s information system and in the projects’ files.

He participated still in direct contact with the projects’ beneficiaries, in order to solve any

situation detected during the expenditure analysis.

While working in POVT, he did his job correctly while being able to combine the various skills

that were defined for him, proving to be a competent employee and a good worker.

I was very impressed with José Eleutério’s ability to finish the tasks I set for him, with great

efficacy and efficiency, within the established deadlines.

He was a very conscientious worker, and demonstrated great work capacity, having worked

with zeal and always having a good relationship with his colleagues.

In general, José Eleutério accomplished his internship in a loyal, competent and dedicated way,

and I testify to his professional and personal qualities. Therefore, I hereby, recommend José

Eleutério as an excellent new hire for your company, to which he will have much to add, given

his capacity to adjust to new professional challenges.
