DESCRIPTION
Massive online open practices implemented for large scale transformation. Emergent behaviors triggered by creating a culture of visible practices and shared self evaluations according to a collective constructed rubric for activities. The search for excellence introduces an "evolutive force" into the whole educational network of a public system taken as a complex and adaptive system.
