The Australia colt chased homeHudson River then in a strong looking maiden and there have been several winners come out of thatrace, including Mac Swiney, who claimed the Group 2 Futurity Stakes last month. ATR VERDICT: A competitive looking Listed contest and FAME AND ACCLAIM may prove best ashe bids for a four-timer. Joseph O'Brien's charge did well to battle back in a tactical affair atPunchestown last week and was a cosy enough winner at the line. A stronger run race here will suitmuch better as he does gets further than this and he may be a bit sharper for the recent run as he wascoming off a short break. Stable-mate A New Dawn is top rated in the field with a mark of 103 andlooks another big contender for the yard. She was well held last time at Killarney but that was in verytesting conditions and this drier ground may help. She had been third in stakes company on herprevious two outings and deserves her turn at this level. It's interesting that Seamie Heffernan rides the89-rated United Front and may have been showing improvement at home.
