THE E-COLORS
Heightened Awareness
Equilibria has developed a Personality Diversity Indicator (PDI) called the E-Colors. The E-Colors emerged from various studies and extensive research into personality types and supplemented with 10 years of survey data collected by Equilibria. The tendencies listed reflect survey answers from respondents in each of the 12 E-Color populations. You might not identify with all the traits associated with your top E-Color. The nuances could arise from the fact that we have all 4 E-Colors within us in percentages that vary with each individual and so there may be certain tendencies that you relate more to and some that you relate less to.
We use The Brain model to illustrate the basic concepts of the E-Colors.

Embracing Diversity
Equilibria draws a distinction between a person’s personality and their character. We use the iceberg illustration to explain how it is our personality that largely determines our “needs driven” reactions towards stimuli whereas it is our character that enables our “values driven” responses.

Conscious Response Driven Behavior
Once people develop a heightened awareness of their behavioral tendencies and communication styles through the E-Colors, they can start to use this knowledge to positively impact their lives and interaction with others by using Personal Intervention.
Personal Intervention gives us the opportunity to make the right decisions at the right time. By managing our instinctive reactions and pressing our internal “PLAY” and “PAUSE” buttons, the right CHOICES can be made.
