But alongside, we also have very robust process of
information flow and verification in a very transparent
manner. This empowerment also brings accountability. This
balance of empowering the team and yet keeping a constant
track, not many industrialists have been able to do.

Mobilink, Telenor, Warid, Siemens, Nayatel,Ufone, Burraq, Wateen
Telecom, Instaphone and ZTE) located in Delhi,N.C.R .
A combined sample size of 87 respondents is taken from all
the companies.
Data is collected through questionnaires .
