    Pillar, Angel Martinez and Manuela (2005)

    analyzed the results of their conducted survey on

    the relationship between team empowerment and

    team performance and the organizational attitudes. Martin and Hans (2001) indicated that importance

    of teamwork to success of innovative projects. They

    developed a comprehensive concept of

    collaboration in teams, called teamwork quality.

    We have nearly 100 % empowerment for AMB

    [Airtel Management Board].

    But alongside, we also have very robust process of

    information flow and verification in a very transparent

    manner. This empowerment also brings accountability. This

    balance of empowering the team and yet keeping a constant

    track, not many industrialists have been able to do.

    Based on a survey conducted on 10 Telecom companies(

    Mobilink, Telenor, Warid, Siemens, Nayatel,Ufone, Burraq, Wateen

    Telecom, Instaphone and ZTE) located in Delhi,N.C.R .

    A combined sample size of 87 respondents is taken from all

    the companies.

    Data is collected through questionnaires .
