Why CTC?
When Roger Osborne founded CTC London in 1958 his vision was clear. Students would experience world-class education, delivered by highly-academic tutors who modelled their teaching on Oxford and Cambridge university standards.Since that time local, national and international students have embraced the academic environment at CTC London and delivered outstanding results, year on year. Progression to leading universities is expected as the tutoring programme ensures each student will maximise their potential.CTC London is just twenty minutes from the vibrant, cultural and historical city of London - offering students the opportunity to experience one of the most enchanting places in the world. Many of the UK’s leading universities are a short commute from College meaning many students can remain in one location for their sixth form and university studies.

Homestay
Our Homestay students live with local families who have been carefully selected by the CTC Accommodation Officer. We have a variety of host families available who can offer different diets and facilities. The houses are located in good residential areas, either within walking distance or a short bus or tram ride from College. Our welfare staff ensures that students are placed with the most suitable families for their needs based on their preferences. Students can choose whether they would like to be the only student in a home or to be placed with other CTC students, and if they would like a home with children or pets. They may alert us to any medical or dietary needs we may need to consider. All students will be allocated their own fully furnished bedroom. Accommodation is on a half board basis during the week, which means students will be provided with breakfast and an evening meal every day and full board at weekends which includes lunch. The weekly rental includes a daily bath or shower and laundry is also included at least once a week.We encourage students to develop self-reliance, confidence and increasing independence so that they are well prepared for university life and beyond.
