PRE & POST STAY We welcome participants who may wish to extend their stay in Bangkok. However, early arrival and extension outside of the group block is subject to the availability of rooms.

CHECK IN-OUT TIME Check-in time is 15.00 hrs. on the day of arrival. Should you prefer to ensure all guest rooms be ready prior to guest’s early arrival, may we suggest that rooms are reserved for the day before. The room charge will be based on the daily group room rate. Check-out time is 12.00 hrs. on the day of departure. If late check-out rooms are required, a half rate of the daily group room rate will apply for late check-out until 18.00 hrs. and a full rate charge for check out after 18.00 hrs.

Early check-in and late check-out rooms are subject to availability.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT A deposit equivalent to 50% of the total estimated master account includes Food & Beverage expenses are required 30 days after signing the contract.

Full payment (less deposit collected) of the estimated master account is required at least 30 days prior to the group arrival.

Outstanding balance of the master account will be paid before group departure unless the credit facilities have been approved by hotel’s Credit Manager.
