Preparing for PIB and Commissioners Meetings Productivity Manager•Calendar the Productivity Investment Board and Quality and Productivity Commissioners meetings on the Department Head’s calendar. •Brief the Department Head about the project and provide talking points.•Attend all meetings with the Project Manager and Department Head. Make introductions at all meetings.
