HUB MODŘANY Our main goal of this project was to createa pleasing urban space of appropriate scale in a site “trapped” between two barriers. One being a raised tramway and on the riverside the trainway. I took the advantage of the dynamic from the tram to create a multifunc- tional compact sized bouleveard which should represent the centre of the site. Also using the space under the raised tramway as a small shopping mall. The residence zone copies the horizontal axis of the boulevard with voids creating a various streetviews.
