Registration Confirmation EmailsRegistrants who mail or fax their registration will receive confirmation via email approximately two to three weeks after their registration and payment is received at the ASMH office. Those registering for the Annual Meeting online will receive a confirmation almost immediately via email. Please print the confirmation and bring it with you to the meeting to help facilitate your registration process.

On-Site RegistrationPre-registration must be received by the ASMH office on or before March 31, 2016. The office will not accept any registrations after this date and will require you to register and pay on-site. On-site registration payment must be made via credit card. The registration desk will be open at the Rosen Shingle Creek on the following days and times (subject to change):

Meeting CancellationMeeting registrations cancelled prior to February 29, 2016 will be refunded minus a $75.00 processing fee. ReservationsThe ASMH secured the reduced nightly room rate of $219 for single/double occupancy. Rates are subject to state and local taxes, currently 12.5%.

Cryostat Hands-On WorkshopReceive direct guidance and advice from experienced technicians and refine your technique to take back to your Mohs lab. We will also cover cryostat embedding, cutting techniques, and maintenance.

Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Hands-On WorkshopThis workshop features a demonstration of slide staining for MART-1 including procedures, equipment, and staining protocols. Experienced technicians will assist with staining questions and issues involving many aspects of MART-1 staining and troubleshooting.

The A to Z of Mohs Procedures: Technical Guidance on Potential PitfallsThisworkshopwillfocusondebateanddiscussionofparticipants’Mohstechnicalproblems,alongwithsuggestedremedies.
