1. PROFESSIONAL (one day workshop ) as a part of faculty development

program for the teaching faculty on May 20th 2015 through “THE TEACHER

FOUNDATION”

3. Mr. Nazeer Ahmed Lohani resigned from the post of Principal. In his place

Mrs. Sumaiya Fathima. M Com M Phil was promoted as Principal BET

Sadathunnisa College with effect from 1 June 2015.

4. Submitted LIC Compliance report on 25th May 2015, Date ofLIC Visit 17th Jan

2015.

5. Academic year commenced a litter early i.e. June 8th 2015.

6. Admission during 2015-16 is IB Com:36, BA: 24 &BBA: 19 total:79 students.

Approval of admission was successfully completed on 31-Aug-2015.

e. An opportunity for lecturers is provided for continuing professional

development in their teaching career by organizing knowledge sharing

lectures every first Saturday of the month :-

10. July 25th. , 6th Aug and 13th Aug - Guest Lectures in Subject INCOME TAX on

topics Incomefrom House Property and Income from salaries by Professor

Rafeeq Ahmed.

11. August 1st, 2015 - Submitted all necessary documents with regard to inclusion

of our college under 2(f), received a letter from UGC Delhi dated 29thAug 2015

to submit few more supporting documents and the same was sent through

speed post on 31st Aug 2015.

12. August 1st– Online Submission of “All India Survey on Higher education”.

13. August 1st – Knowledge sharing session on Dr A P J Abdul Kalam Mr

Tahseeen Ahmed (Rtd KAS) was the guest

14. August 6th to 12th – Rainbow week was organized. Students were dressed in

particular color- each color representing different values of cultural traditions

and create interest in students to make the most of their college experience.

15. August 8th– An interactive session on various scholarships and schemes

provided by Directorate of Minorities, Government of Karnataka was

conducted by Mr. Akram Pasha Director Directorate of Minorities and team.

Vice Principal and HOD Department of Sociology Abbas Khan College for

women .

17. August 12th - Procured Library Books worth Rs 26,088 (162 books Purchased)

for the current academic year.

18. August 18th - The BBMP along with the State Election Commission organized

an event as part of a campaign to create awareness among young voters, at

the Central College auditorium. Mrs. K Lakshmi Lecturer Department of

Economics attended the same along with two students– and on Aug 19th our

students were made aware of importance of voting and providing

Bengalurians with best infrastructure and amenities.
