Fields of application

Pantecnica group and the GMT group are leaders in vibrationisolation technology providing state of the art solutions and relevantapplication know-how to meet the requirements of designers, builders and managers of rail and road public transport.

In the field of "transport" the primary objective is to improve thesafety and comfort of rail vehicles.

To this end, several products have already been successfully appliedby manufacturers and users of rolling stock all over the world: fromprimary suspension systems to complete assembled lines.

on the basis of

• FEM-calculation

• FKM-method

2. Damage Calculation

Is Performed to

▪ predict lifetime of one or multi axial loaded rubber-to-metal-bonded parts

▪ shorten dynamic component test

▪ eliminate non-damaging load rates from load collective

▪ calculate load collective with very high cycles-to-failure which cannot be tested within a reasonable period of time

This kind of calculation serves as prediction and has to becombined fundamentally with a shortened component test forverification.
